  1. How the Program Works
    • You must live in the United States of America and have content featuring your dog. Once the Terms and Conditions have been accepted, you will be provided a unique partner link and code to share with your audience. Start sharing your Sundays experience and earn lifetime commission!

  2. Program Perks

    • Free Product: 1 month of Sundays
    • Personalized partner link and code which offers 50% off a first order of Sundays
    • Commission: 15% lifetime commission on sales and recurring subscription orders.
    • Post on your own schedule and without the need to submit your content for approval
    • Performance Bonus Milestones
    • Earn Free Sundays for Life at 100 sales

  3. Content usage rights

    • You agree to give Sundays for Dogs a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferrable, and perpetual right and license to reproduce, publish, distribute, display, repost, share, create derivative works, and edit all content created for or on behalf of Sundays for Dogs by you in any media.

  4. Ads Permission

    • Meta - Facebook & Instagram Allowlisting (aka whitelisting)
    • TikTok whitelisting (Spark Ads)

  5. Content Agreement

    • All content will reflect the your honest views and experiences with the brand's products and services
    • You will at all times comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guides
    • You will not submit or post content that violates, infringes, or misappropriates any rights of any third parties

  6. Guidelines

    • Show your dog eating Sundays and how easy it is to serve it. Talk about what you like about the food
    • Review our Influencer Guide for best practices, talking points and highlight those that relate to your personal experience
    • Tag @sundaysfordogs in your caption and post. Disclose the partnership by adding hashtags #sundaysfordogs #sundayspartner
    • Share your partner link to your bio or LinkTree to earn a lifetime commission on sales
    • No other products should be shown or mentioned in the post
    • Invite us to be a collaborator on your post
    • Posts must be in-feed and permanent (no archiving or deleting)
    • Do not share partner discount code outside your channels

  7. Communication

    • You agree to opt-in to all the Sundays for Dogs Ambassador Program communications

  8. Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate

    • We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate the program at any time for any reason.
